1. Research and Analysis
The first step was to conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. This includes researching competitors to identify what works and what doesn't.
  2. Define the User Persona
Based on research, I created user personas that represent the target audience.
  3. Create a User Flow
I Created a user flow to understand the user journey and identify areas where design can improve the user experience.
  4. Wireframe and Prototyping
Using the user flow and user persona, I created wireframes to define the layout and functionality of the app. We then tested the wireframes with users to ensure they were intuitive and meet user needs. Once the wireframes were validated, I created high-fidelity prototypes to test with users and stakeholders.
  5. Design UI and Visuals
I created a visual design that reflected the brand and also met the needs of the user.
  6. Test and Iterate
We tested the prototype with users to identify any issues or areas for improvement. I made sure to incorporate feedback and iterate on the design until it met user needs and business goals.
  7. Develop and Launch
Once the design was finalized, I worked with the development team to implement the design and launch the app.
